Research

We spoke to the BMW owners between 30-55 age group. We surveyed to learn what features or services will they like to have on-the-go for a better experience of the app.

Execution

With a detailed study, designers began to visualize the ideas and thoughts to create an experience. Many factors affected the execution, such as experience, aesthetic considerations, taste, understanding the design principles, and knowledge.

Result

The app saves your time and lets you lock or unlock your BMW and activate the climate control, anytime and anywhere. Simplified UX helps you find your car in a panic situation. A single tap can find dealers and schedule service appointments.
